Sandidge Performance was founded with the belief that the mental side of sport deserves to be trained alongside the physical. Through individual and team consultation, Sandidge Performance helps athletes attack their goals with confidence, focus, resilience, and the skills to thrive in sport and beyond.

My approach is shaped by both my experiences as an athlete and training in sport psychology. I use evidence-based approaches to support both performance, well-being and help athletes strive to perform at their best. I believe athletes perform best when they are able to find joy in the game and meaning in the process, not just the outcome.

Mental skills are skills for life. Whether you are looking to perform with confidence, manage pre-performance nerves, or develop your mental edge, mental performance coaching can help! While I specialize in softball and baseball, athletes and performers from all backgrounds are welcome.
